Shipping policy

We know once you've placed your order, you're keen to get your gear in hand. We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and we'll always keep you in the loop.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch orders three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. So depending on when you order, your gear is on its way within one to two business days at most. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, here's a rough guide:

• Within Australia (metro): 2 to 3 business days express, or 4 to 5 business days standard.
• Within Australia (regional): 3 to 5 business days express, or up to 5 to 10 business days standard.
• New Zealand: usually 1 to 2 weeks.

These are guides, not guarantees. Once your parcel's with the courier, delivery times are in their hands. Your order confirmation email will have the details for your specific order.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $300. For orders under that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay, no surprises.

What if an item is out of stock?

If something's out of stock when we process your order, we'll usually give you a call to sort it out, whether that's a substitution, some other options, or holding the order until it's back. And if nothing suits, you're welcome to cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.
