Tasman offers disc golf at Takaka Park Avenue in Golden Bay, a compact 9-hole course that represents New Zealand's most space-efficient disc golf layout. Established in 2024 through local initiative and expanded by Disc Golf Golden Bay, the course provides beginner-friendly play in the scenic Golden Bay region with views toward Abel Tasman National Park.
Perfect for combining with exploring Golden Bay's stunning beaches, visiting Pupu Springs, or experiencing the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park and Kahurangi National Park.

Course Notes: Compact technical course rated 3.6/5. Short layout with mostly flat terrain. Must be the most space-efficient 9-hole course in NZ, but tidy and fun nevertheless. Course ready for 2025/2026 summer season with updated layout map for out-of-town visitors. Rated as beginner course but still fun for advanced players. Beautiful place to play.
