Course starts in fields, drops into Gladstone Gap along rock dam through manuka bushes, works back up onto fields in loop. Fairways and pathways cut from long grass. May want gaiters in summer. All fences are OB. Hilly with 5 floors elevation. Not stroller friendly. Not recommended for individuals with limited mobility.

Course Notes: Stunning course rated 4.1/5 with amazing lake and mountain views. Great shot variety and technical challenge. Holes 10 and 14 share basket (players on hole 10 give way to 14). Hole 4 has rope outline along dam sides (if off dam, play where it lands +1 penalty). Hole 16 is island surrounded by grass berm (if miss island, play where it lands +1 penalty). Easier B tees marked on holes 2, 7, 8, 16, 17. Multiple layouts available. Cart friendly. No drinking water or restrooms. Dogs allowed. Best played in morning before wind picks up.

Course Condition: Layout mapped very poorly. No sense of direction after each hole. Tee boxes and baskets not in right place according to UDisc. Distances don't seem accurate on some holes. Course pretty intense with lots of holes, unsteady ground, thorns, tall grass, thick bushes/trees. If disc goes off track takes significant time/effort to find. Flat terrain. Not stroller friendly.

Course Notes: Brand new course still in development by Queenstown Disc Golf Club rated 3.9/5. Big course to really let rip with beautiful scenery and views of river and mountain ranges in meadow of grass. Great views though current layout needs work. Contact: queenstowndiscgolf.co.nz
